The Strange and Distant Land of Nonsense was the graduation piece for my Master in Theatre Arts (Directing). The script is haunted with fragments of my own childhood, the voices of my family melded with the faces of the characters in the land of nonsense, a land in which “…you will live forever in the blood of your children and the children of your children”. The production is the result of the encounter between my biography, my fantasy and the mythical.

La tierra del sin-sentido fué el montaje de egreso de mi Magister en Artes Teatrales (Direción). El texto esta habitado con fragmentos de mi propia infancia, las voces de mi familia se derriten y se confunden con los rostros de los personajes que habitan la tierra del sin-sentido, una tierra en donde “… tu vivirás para siempre en la sangre de tus hijos y en la de los hijos de tus hijos”. Este montaje fué el resultado del encuentro entre mi biografía, mi mundo fantástico y lo mítico.
