The Festival of New Arts (FONA) is an established bi-annual event that showcases new theatre, dance, music, poetry and artwork from the Manawatu region in New Zealand. Running for over ten years, FONA has evolved into a popular project that both fosters and celebrates a real sense of community and allows contributing artists to showcase their skills and produce new works.

El Festival de Arte Nuevo, es un festival que se produce cada dos años en la región Manawatu en Nueva Zealand. El festival, que ha existido desde 2002, pone en cartelera productiones inéditas de danza, teatro, poesía y artes plásticas creadas en la región. El Festival ha evolucionado en un proyecto en el cual se celébra el sentido de comunidad en la ciudad así como también sirve como plataforma para presentar el trabajo de artistas establecidos e incipientes de la región.
